Chat Integration

The Emanate Security Platform (ESP) integrates with your organization's preferred chat tool to enable real-time employee communications, verifications and approvals. To enable this chat functionality, an integration must be completed with your preferred chat vendor.

Alternate methods of communication can also be selected by a user. In order to allow a user to select their own preferences and configure contact details, an initial user self-registration process can be enabled via your preferred chat tool. Click to view more details on the User Self-Registration process.

Currently ESP supports the following Chat vendors:

  • Slack

  • Microsoft Teams

Navigate to the corresponding page for detailed instructions on how to setup each integration.

Multiple chat integrations can be put in place. This supports organizations who have not standardized on a single chat tool.

However, a primary chat tool must be selected where all new and existing users will self-register.
